These terms govern the use of the ogrod4you.pl website, operated by OGRÓD4YOU Usługi Ogrodnicze i Roboty Ziemne, based in Nawojowa Góra (32-065 Krzeszowice). Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Scope of services
The website is informational and promotional in nature. It presents the gardening and earthworks service offering. Client contacts are handled exclusively by phone and email. The website does not offer online sales or form-based bookings.
Content
All content published on the website (texts, photos, testimonials) is owned by OGRÓD4YOU or shared with the consent of their authors. Copying, distributing, or using the content without written permission from the owner is prohibited. Project photos are authentic or generated for presentation purposes and may be replaced.
Customer testimonials
Testimonials presented on the website are authentic statements from clients, shared with their consent. During the website build phase, placeholder testimonials may be displayed and will be replaced with real Google reviews before production launch.
Pricing and estimates
The website does not publish a fixed price list. Service estimates are prepared individually after a site visit and assessment of plot conditions. Indicative ranges are informational only and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Liability
The website owner has exercised due diligence to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. However, the owner is not liable for decisions made by users based solely on website content. Final cooperation terms are agreed individually with the client.
